As a licensed addiction counselor, I understand how early recovery can feel overwhelming and isolating, with relationships needing repair, boundaries requiring reinforcement, and uncertainty surrounding one’s identity and experiences. It’s normal to feel raw and vulnerable during this time, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Through motivational interviewing, I guide clients to uncover their inner strengths and motivations, helping them embrace the challenges of life with resilience and authenticity. With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we learn to lean into discomfort, discovering hidden opportunities for growth within life’s hurdles.
Utilizing principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), we explore the depths of your psyche, understanding the different parts of yourself that influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This journey of self-discovery cultivates self-compassion, authenticity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
My own journey of overcoming adversity inspired me to pursue a Master in Social Work at the University of Denver, dedicating myself to creating healing spaces for young adults like you.
