Denver Men’s Therapy
The therapy practice for men
What do we do?
We are the only group practice in Colorado specializing in working with young and adult men. We are all about getting down to work and tackling the tough stuff. We provide therapy for men who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationship problems, and anger. We help get men “unstuck.” You have tried things on your own, we are here to support you.
How we do what we do?
We are the practice that specializes in providing confidential psychotherapy to men. Our approach is unique because we use evidenced-based therapy, like EMDR therapy to create an environment where men feel heard, supported and comfortable. We identify what your goals are, then create an action plan to achieve these goals. We have a three-prong attack on your problem; the past, present and future. First, we resolve past issues that may be impacting your current functioning. Then we move to resolve any current issues and symptoms you are facing. Finally, we move to future anxieties or concerns. Typically, by then we find that you are now living the life you want and are reaching your maximum potential. You then can ride off into the sunset like a cowboy at the end of the western. WHo do we do it for?
- Men who never thought they would find themselves in a therapy office.
- Men who have tried to solve things on their own but now face a crisis in their relationship, job or family that is too overwhelming this time.
- Men who find that the past keeps getting in the way. Men who may be ready to resolve their trauma.
- Men who have tried other therapies who are not getting the results they want.
